I'm the one that adopted Bogie. He was such an intregal part of my family. After I adopted Bogie I adopted Abbie. She was surrendered by her owner. They were inseperable. Two Memorial Days ago Bogie left us. His heart just gave out. I miss him every day. Thank you so much for what you do and for blessing me with Bogie.

Thank you so much for starting Lone Star Boxer! I was browsing the internet and was led to your wonderful website. We adopted our darling Rigby 6 months ago from Lone Star and she is the light in our lives! Thanks again

Hello-
I live in St. Louis and have owned Boxers since I was a little girl. I now own a 4 1/2 year old male classic fawn and just purchased a female of the same who will be ready to bring home at Christmas. We have cropped the ears of all our dogs and I was looking around online for any tips people have about taking care of the cropped ears. Although I am 150% comfortable with my ability to care for a cropped ear, it's always nice to browse around and check out any other tips people have found useful. I came across your tutorial and just wanted to comment that's the best I've seen! I tape mine the exact same way as you do, using the same materials and method and have never had any problems. It's nice to know that there is a great resource for those who are new to ear cropping to see that it can be done with patience and plenty of TLC without any problems. Kudos!!!

Asked Lonestar boxer rescue how to find Sil.

Comments?

We are so thankful for Sil and her earlier days in starting or being a part of lonestar boxer rescue. We adopted Sophie in 1999 at which time she was 2 - 3 yrs. old. She is doing great with a lot of gray and we wanted to send some pics if you are interested. We moved from Magnolia, TX to Little Rock, AR 4 years ago and wanted to again thank Sil for her work with the Boxer breed.

Sincerely,
Greg and Dena Pickle
