The intro to “To Be Continued” by Ebbot Lundberg & The Indigo Children (Ebbot is the former lead singer of the Swedish band “The Soundtrack Of Our Lives”) to me sounds like early Felt and something that Maurice Deebank could have written. Thoughts?

Hum....I don't thing so.
Probably as the first melody of some Felt song, but there ain't the usual and remarkable guitar filigree, as it should be.
But sounds pretty good!
