If you're not fishing now you should be. The river and pond fishing is really heating up now with big!! brook trout and salmon being sighted and caught on most rivers now. Fished with old friend and client from Florida last week and we boated and realeased many nice trout one being the largest trout he had ever caught,19+ inches. A great day with a good fisherman and sportsman. Another day I gave a 2 hour fly casting lesson to a Dad and 2 sons and we proceeded to apond where we caught 100 to 130 trout from 6 to 11 inches. The male fish on this remote pond are colored with the most spectacular blue and red spots and orange sides I have ever seen. They are also very agressive with at least 1 fisherman having a fish on with every cast. Needless to say there are now 3 new fly fishermen hooked on the sport.
