Lake Trolling

WOW!! The fish in the last 3 days have been on a real feeding spree. One angler I spoke to today has boated 53 fish in the last 3 days both trout and salmon, some as large as 5 lbs. or better on Rangeley Lake. Another in 1 1/2 hours landed 9, another this morning 22 salmon and trout. I feel the reason for the excellent fishing now is that the water temperature has reached 55 to 56 degrees which is perfect, especially for top water fishing. Now is the time to be in Rangeley if you are looking for some fast top water trolling, lets hope it continues, but don't forget "catch and release" think for the future. Tight Lines, Ray
