What should the U.S. do about North Korea's missile launches and threats of nuclear strikes?
Hit them before they can become more of a threat
Shoot down any missile they launch
Keep trying to talk to their diplomats and avoid conflict
Step back and let Japan, China, and other nations handle problems in their own back yard
Turn North Korea's sky into a mushroom cloud

NC had over $2 billion dollars in projected surplus revenue. What SHOULD the state legislature have done with that money?
Returned it in the form of tax cuts or rebates
Replenished the highway trust fund that was raided to balance the budget
Make the road improvements necessary and forget about tolls on the interstates
Teacher and employee pay raises
Paid down state debt
Saved it to offset any projected shortfalls or for contingencies later

Selma's tax rate is going up 5 cents. Your opinion?
It should have gone up more in order to save employee jobs
The town council should have cut more spending to prevent a tax increase
I am glad that it wasn't worse, but I can grin and bear it
I am always glad to pay more in taxes to support my local government
Tax increases suck no matter how you look at it
If the town wasn't so irresponsible in their spending, this wouldn't be necessary
I am moving out of Selma because of this

We should give them every penny they need to educate our children

The system works in a particular way for a reason. Deal with the money you are given and shut up about it!
