We were saddened to learn that our respected leader and General Manager had just recently been diagnosed with cancer. Fortunately it was diagnosed early and his prognosis is very good. Many of us cried in private some openly with others while all along we know that John is strong, a fighter and most importantly a New England Sports fan. I had to do something for him after all the guidance he has given me. I presented him with the HFH tote, and explained each item and it's importance. He was so touched by the idea and gesture I knew it was a good thing. Instead of asking people what you can do when they are dealt a bad hand just do something. A small tote to store your belongings, a notebook to jot down questions or things to do and a warm sweat shirt could make all the difference in the world. We love you John!!!!!!

I was surprised to find this when looking up info on tomotherapy. My husband is a 10 year survivor of squamous cell, he had therapy(not tomo) at Brockton Hospital in 2000 with Dr Vasa as well. We are in FL now and I was just dx with breast cancer...I am in tomotherapy now ..just dx in March 2011, and had surgery March 2011, now in radiation...small world..I never expected to see "something from home" especially in regards to cancer...cool site...I miss Massachusetts a lot.

I, along with millions of other people, have known someone with cancer. Whether or not you have insurance, the costs of having cancer are astronomical. The foundation is a great idea and should be 1st and foremost in launching this new business. Local news programs love to hear about people helping people. GOOD LUCK!!!

Also, a good idea to get more guests to sign your guest book is to change the pink font to a darker color……it is very hard to read. I almost stopped filling the form out because I couldn't read it.

Yes now I see all of the fuss. Having several family and friends treat for cancer and some pass, I know that there is a need for positive cancer products. Products that help support the patient. Products that comfort family who love them and want them to get better, heal fast. Your website gives comfort. I can relate to this story. I like the products and the idea for treatment totes is superb. I think having hospitals give these out to patients is a great idea. I think this is the perfect thing that has been missing in cancer care and hospitals need this...people need to be hugged and hugs are wonderful. No matter what form.
