I knew Glori from her time on Josiah's Jezebelles. A sweet-natured soul, kind, welcoming and very funny, Glori brightened us all up and always had a smile in her heart. A dear, dear lady. Glori gal, we'll always miss you.

I didn't know Glori all that well, because I drifted from the list after I started university, something I'm regretting now. But I remember Glori as being very positive, and always having something nice to say (even about *my* stories ^_^). She always bestowed birthday wishes, and jumped right into our activities with great enthusiasm and heart. She will be missed and our prayers go out to her family and friends.

We sometimes think we fully know what waits for us in that place we go

where we are taught what angels learn

While on this Earth of unrealized dreams we pray we hope we try we scheme
For all the cost and all the pain we must not think it all in vain
For I believe in what is not seen

that I might see and be with you and all my friends and family too

In this day of the internet we don't always get to know our cyber-friends in person. This time last year I drove to NY to meet Glori and I am so glad I made the trip. Glori was as kind-hearted and giving in person as she was on line. She always was there with a word of encouragement, praise or friendship.

Good-bye Glori, you'll really be missed.

These were the last words Glori said to me in a very personal e-mail when I lost my husband Tom last month. I will treasure her words that meant so much to me at the time – but, now mean much, much more.

Glori, my friend, God Bless you and I know you are dancing with Angels. I shall miss you so much but I have fond memories to hold close to my heart - thank you!
