My dog has a lump on her head. It doesn't seem to bother her but if I scratch where the lump is she redirects my hand to the other side of her head. I was wondering if I should be concerned. She eats, plays, sleeps, and potties like normal.

Any lump should be checked out by your veterinarian. It may indeed be nothing to worry about but your doctor will be the best judge of that.
