Don't delay in taking your dog to the vet. There is nothing you can do at home for him and I fear that by waiting, you will be causing more problems (and potentially a bigger vet bill). Please don't let your pet suffer. Do the right thing and get some help.

I think my jerk neighbor poisoned my dog. My dog won't eat and when he does he vomits it later. What can I do for my dog besides taking him to the vet. It's been about 2 days.
