In twelve years of practicing veterinary medicine, I have never had anyone ask me about squirrel coccidiosis.

I would probably treat it the same way I do in dogs and cats. I use a drug called albon.

You may want to ask a wildlife vet (or someone more knowledgeable about exotics than what I am) for further information.
