Occasionally my chihuahua is throwing up bile, after a great deal of effort. After a while he loses his balance and falls over. This has happened twice in the last 3 weeks. Other than these two occasions he is fine. He is about 4 years old.

Hmmmmm . . .

You'll have to see a veterinarian about this one. Vomiting like that could be due to many different problems . . . diet, infection, parasites etc. etc. . .
