Hello, I am considering buying in Herefordshire or aruond Forest of Dean. More familiar with latter...On Google maps all looks green but that is never an indication of access to good riding with least amount of road work. Most agents useless when you ask! Any help and advice much appreciated. Also dilemma: house with stables/land or house and livery??? My interests are endurance riding so long open or woodland trails(few gates!) ideal... Many thanks

Mortimer Forest has miles of off road forestry riding but not sure whether you would be able to find a property that borders it?
