Thanks. I had a phone call from an entity, asking questions, about this site, address etc. I asked them where they got my phone number,as I am unlisted for the last twenty-five years, ans. safesys..
I find it interesting though that such a fast growing Company, does not have a physical address. I did find thier agent of servic @ http://ecpa.coa.state.tx.us/coa/index.html (look it up,when you have time interesting info).
As for the Broker Authority, as for the Claim of just being a Marketplace, they take a % , the phone book you pick up ( thier analogy) does not, and the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION-FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFTEY ADMINISTRATION- REGULATIONS handbook is pretty clear on this subject. I thought I was Legal until I lay in bed recuperating from Cancer Surgery and decided to read the Green Book, Boy did my eyes open up.
I did find out that these sites ARE being monitered as they are found, by the big boys (FEDS) and the States for compliance, so its only a matter of time.
My opinion is its Money diving this Investigation, and its money keeping it from getting it done. go figure.

Thanks for the insight, I to had a P.O.Box when I had my Corp. But for all my filings and Agent of Service,I had to give a Pyhsical address, a P.O. Box was not acceptable, I must admit that this was just the Law in California.
