Please, I need advise. Emily (9 months old with HLHS, AV canal defect & Co-Arctation- repaired) has just undergone the Glenn. She made it through the surgery on April 30th, 06 and is now struggling to tolerate her feeds (through a GTube) and is cranky! I know she is getting used to the blodd flow with the Glenn, but she isn't sleeping, she's feeling bad and throwing up her formula. She was a rate of 26 ml an hour continous feeds and now we can't get her over 2ml an hour, a mere spit to what she was taking. Add on that she slept 2 hours yesterday.. that's total! Are the headaches making her sick because they are that bad?? She's not crying tears but she won't settle down..I am at a loss right now on what to do. If anyone has any advise please let me know. Oh ya, Motrin seems to make it worse for some reason. Thanks! Angela
