i am a single mom of a 9month old little boy who was diagnosed with a supracristal vsd at one month old. we are to have surgery sometime in the next year and i am looking for anyone who has a child with this defect or an adult who has been through this. this type of vsd is only about 2-5% of the vsd's found in the western hemisphere of the world and i have had no luck finding someone who has this. i have been in the medical care profession for almost 12 years so i am familiar with the medical aspect of this surgery for the most part but i am trying to prepare myself for the mom/emotion part. tatum is my only child and i want to be as informed and prepared as i can so that i can be strong for him....please contact me....manningm98@hotmail.com...please put supracristal in the subject line
