The same thing has happened to my son Jeremy's memorial site at memory of.com. I have sent repeated emails to which I never get any response other than they got it and will check into it and I never hear any thing else. I am so upset. I have not been able to find a phone number to contact.

I think you are right Deb she is talking about a memory site that I have seen from time to time that get the payments mixed up. It is good to hear from you Deb and I hope all is well. We have missed you.
