The picture needs to be online whether it be on moms site, facebook, last memories site, etc. so you can use the website properties. You right click on the picture and copy the properties of the picture. Then you paste those properties....http://moms.memorial-of-love.net/reese.jpg in the Avatar URL line right below website and above subject. And your beautiful precious little angel should appear.
