We gad a bond reduction hearing because the man that killed my daughter had no bond. We sat there thru 8 hours of testimony from the prosectors side and at the end of the day it took the judge about 5 seconds and he looked at the defendant and said bail denied. He has been in jail awaiting a new trial date since August 27, 2008.My prayers are with you Isaida.
I think they all ask for that. Kaylin's killer asked for it several times but never got it. I think it is another one of the things we have to go through for "the killer's rights." So hang in there. It will be turned down. He'll prbly try it again though. They play a lot of games that hurt us even more. {{hugs}}
