Hi MOMS,
After ten months,,finally a decision from the court.
Trial judgement upheld!! No reduction in sentence, no new trial,,nothing. This was the big one,,there will be more appeals, but this one holds the most weight. I love you all.
I am exhilarated ,,and traumatized all over again. Another step, and Josh is still dead.

I am so glad that the decision was upheld and so sorry you had to go through that.

I am glad that they upheld the judgement and also sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

It seems to me like it never ends. Our child is gone forever and we have to go over and over the pain for the POS who gets to eat, live, breathe, hug their families, their children! I'm glad to hear something good it's like only bad all the time, but sorry you have to keep re-living the pain. I hope this finalizes a lot of court stuff and you get some comfort.
