It's been three years since my son left,the road has been long & sometimes lonesome,no call on my birthday,no call on mother's day no JD at the Thanksgiving table no JD keeping us all laughing most of all the silence.His murderer was sentenced to 30 years to life,I asked the DA not to seek the death penalty because I did not want his mother to pick out a casket,and a burial plot for her child,I did not want her to experience that kind of pain.I will pray for each of you as you be start a phase in your life that you never thought you would.Stay prayful it will get you thru some rough spots.My best to all of you.JS'S mom Brenda
Brenda you have a kind heart, my son's murderer was sentenced 40 to life + 8 years I wouldn't have wanted the death penalty for him but not for the same reasons. Bless you
