It is February and spring is around the corner. I hope it will be a time of renewal for all of us. A friend of mine whose daughter was murdered 15 years ago told me a neat thing to do. Sit outside and look briefly into the sun, then close your eyes and breathe in through your nose and out your mouth. your head fills with light. I tried it and it felt amazing. It is supposed to be a way to connect with the univerise and our angels.
