I received a call today an I was told that on Wednesday that the grand jury will be hearing the case pertaining to the murder of my son to determined if they can upgrade charges from second degree murder to first degree murder since the other guy who was in the car during the time he was murdered did not want to accept a plea agreement.One of the other guys that was involved has already accepted a offer of 21and 3/4 years.Please pray that God will give us favor and the grand jury will allow them to charge him with first degree murder.Always praying for all the moms!

Praying that they will hear this and upgrade the charges for this scum who took your son away from you. I'll be saying prayers all day the 29th too.
