Were you allowed to show living pictures of your child in Court?
At the trial for the man that kill my son, we were only allow to show crime scene photos no living photos. What! we are suppose to act like our child never lived. We could not show the joys of raising our child, all the cute things he did as a child or the handsome man he turned into. Something's wrong with this picture.

Hello Debbie. They showed the jury the crime scene photo's. I remember them asking me for a living photo, but am not sure if the jury saw that one. Seeing the crime scene is something I hope no one has to ever experience. :-(
