i have been reading that grand children or otherchildren help a little with grief.my daughter was murdered when she was 15 i stayed as strong as i could for my then 14year old son well hes now 19 and in collage in a different state.i am just now going through my 1st major breakdown since the beginning because i am a mom with no children in my house im seriously concidering adopt,i know nothing is going to bring lyndsey back i just dont know

Lindsey, I can understand how hard that can be. My daughter Keara was murdered over years ago and although her two children live close by, i hardly ever see them. All my other children live out of state. After Keara died I ended up getting three dogs (one at a time) and just recently a cat. They do help with the lonliness and they provide unconditional love.Also you have us, who can provide love and support.
