I will keep you in my prayers Barb. I know it will be hard but just like Shirley said you know in your heart the TRUTH and what a good person Nicky was and that is all that matters. Believe me the judge and jury will see how the family acts and it does go a long way. You are his voice and be dignified it will show what a good family he has come from and it does mean a big difference to all who see this. They watch your every move, I was told not even to cry, which was so very hard to do, many times I had to leave the court room which was good because they knew I was upset and didn't want to put that out on display. I waited a very long time too for Timmy to get the justice he so deserved and being there was the worse thing to ever be put thru after what we already went thru. Stay strong and show them they cannot take more from you then they already have. Justice will prevail and remember God does not like ugly.

just want you to know I too will be praying justice comes quickly. As it's been said you know your boy's heart no matter what they try to say. When they let that pos label my Chris a parental abuser to create that deal it really hurt but I knew those who mattered knew the truth and those who didn't never knew Chris and they didn't matter anyway.
