September Nymph Patterns

I'll be spending a week in the area fishing the Magalloway, Cupsuptic, and Kennebago rivers starting Sept 20th. What are some of the best nymph and wet fly paterns for that time of year?

My favorite is a bead head pheasant tail in sizes 18 to 14.

I did a quick search on the internet and was not able to locate a "crazy crommett" fly pattern. Can you direct me to a website or can you provide the recipe?
