May and June fishing in Rangeley lake question

Hows the weather and fishing in Rangeley Lake so far this season? Heading up there from May 29-June 3rd. Thanks.

The weather now is great. Sunny skies ,temp in the 60's to 70. Fishing has slowed compared to early,when they were catching salmon to over 6 lbs and trout to 4 lb.but fish are still being caught.The biggest problem has been the wind.

just got back yesterday fishing was good but make sure your fishing by 330 -4 am or you'll miss the bite
