Planning on heading up there tomorrow to fish for the weekend. Any reports? It seams people in the Rangeley area fish Rangeley Lake and Mooselookmeguntic is that just because it's closer or is the fishing better? We're after salmon primarily? Any tips would be appreciated, I could easily change the plans to switch lakes if that is where the fish are biting. I'm also wondering about bait and tackle shops approaching from the West, is there one besides the one in Erol?

Rangeley Lake has the bigger fish 5& 6 lb Salmon have been caught already this season. Mooselook has more fish if you're looking for action. Richardson will be slower fishing also not as many fish. If you're looking for more fish go to Mooselook,bigger fish try Rangeley.
