Good fishing

The fishing remains good on both big lakes. The water has remained quite cool with all the rain,today on Rangeley Lake the surface temp. was 65.4 degrees and at 55' the temp. was 52 degrees. This kind of temperature makes for some good fishing if you are equipped to fish deep. I was out alone this a.m. for about 1&1/2 hrs. and boated 2 salmon,1 about 16" the other 20" to 21". The wind changed and came from the SE and that was time to leave.
