Fly fishing and Trolling

On Friday I guided Chip and Malcolm from southern Maine fly fishing on the upper Kennebago river, they caught and released many brookies from 10" to 13".All the fish were caught on dry fliewhen this area slowed down we went to Banard Pond and caught some really nice brookies up to 16". All had a great day.
On Monday I guided Andy from Vermont on Rangeley Lake. It wasn't fast fishing but we did manage to land 3 salmon the largest being 23" and 4lbs. We also boated a nice fat 17" brookie. All the fish were spitting out smelt. There seems to be plenty of smelt in Rangeley Lake this season.
