It's been raining since my last report but we did some fly fishing on two fairly remote ponds with good success. There were some fly hatches on both ponds and the trout were quite active.Hendricksons and some caddis. Also drakes were starting.If the weather would cooperate we should have a really good drake hatch. The trout we caught were from 10" to 16". Good fun on light gear.
The rivers are running very full and a little cloudy so stick to the lakes and ponds until the rivers get back to normal.
