Ice out

The Ice left Mooselookmeguntic Lake on April 20 and hopefully more water will come out of the mountains to fill it up. Rangeley Lake will need a few more days to be ice free. Quimby pond was ice free(80%) on April 18 and I fished it for about an hour and caught 3 nice brookies up to 17" which were returned to the pond. Quimby has always produced for me early.
The season has started.
