Fishing Kennabago river

I have fished the Kennabago for a number of years. I have always planned trips in the last 2 weeks of September and have had good luck. This year I want to plan a trip but it has to be earlier. Sept 1 - 7th. Any advice on fishing conditions and likelyhood of catching Salmon & Trout that early this year? I know cold weather and lots of rain is important to keep the river up.

As of today the river is very low. We had some rain last nite but not enough to really bring the river up. There is still a month before Sept gets here just hope for RAIN and early in the month can be very good as the fish will be just getting into the river and they will not have been fished over that much.
