I have Chinese Windows '98 and want to know if I can down-load the Traditional Characters (5,400 different) into an Excel spreadsheet file. I also want to edit it, so I can arrange the characters into the Be, Pe, Me, Fe sounds. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone has this work done for me, please contact me. I think this list will really help me to remember the Chinese characters. If I have to do this manually, it will take weeks.
