Final Evaluation of Community-Led Total Sanitation Knowledge Hub

The Institute of Development Studies is tendering a call for proposals to conduct a final evaluation of the Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) Knowledge Hub.

The CLTS Knowledge Hub is dedicated to supporting the scale up and strengthening of inclusive rural sanitation approaches with quality and sustainability through timely, rapid and adaptive sharing and learning.

The Hub is currently in year five of a five year Sida-funded programme (2014-2019). Consequently the IDS is seeking an external evaluator to conduct a summative evaluation that independently assesses the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the programme. The evaluation is to be carried out from November 2018 – February 2019. The budget is GBP 21,000.

Please see the terms of reference in the website link for full details of the evaluation and guidance on what to include in a proposal.

Interested parties should submit their proposal to Naomi Vernon (CLTS Programme Officer) n.vernon@ids.ac.uk by Monday 5th of November 2018. Any questions regarding the call should also be directed to Naomi.
