Call for consultants: Final Evaluation in Nicaragua

Dear All—

The National Democratic Institute (NDI or the Institute) is seeking a consultant to lead the final evaluation of its USAID program in Nicaragua. The consultant/s will have experience conducting evaluations in the area of democracy and governance in compliance with USAID requirements. The ideal candidate/s will have experience evaluating programs focused on one of more of the following areas: elections monitoring, political party strengthening, political
inclusion and citizen participation and advocacy. The evaluation field work will take place in
Nicaragua in June. Working proficiency in Spanish is required.

The consultant/s will be responsible for: 1) developing a full inception report that includes evaluation questions, proposed data collection and analysis methodology and protocols, instrumentation, sampling strategy, and data security and confidentiality protocols; 2) leading the data collection and analysis; and 3) producing a comprehensive evaluation report with recommendations for future programming.
