Call for Expressions of Interest - Evaluation, Greater Masaka & Arua Districts, Uganda

Signal is looking for external consultant(s) to carry out the end-of-project evaluation of its 36-month, UK AID-funded project, “Improved knowledge and awareness of health, HIV, education rights and choices for deaf people in Uganda”.

Realised in partnership with Signhealth Uganda, the project focusses on peer support training to empower deaf children and young people with improved communication, self-worth, access to rights-based information (education and HIV/AIDS) and engagement with advocacy networks. We work directly with the children, young people, their families, community leaders, teachers and local and national stakeholders.

Budget: £8,000 inclusive

• CV and/or organisation profile;
• copies of or links to previous, relevant work;
• a brief outline (two pages maximum) of how you would conduct the evaluation in order to meet the objectives outlined in the Terms of Reference;
