Terms of Reference for External Evaluation of PEAS' Girls' Education Challenge-Transition (GEC-T)

PEAS (Promoting Equality in African Schools) is recruiting an external evaluator to manage a four-year evaluation of its DfID-funded Girls' Education Challenge-Transition (GEC-T) project in Uganda. The evaluation will involve tracking girls' transitions through secondary school and into post-school pathways, as well as evaluating the learning outcomes of girls through literacy and numeracy testing with treatment and control groups. The evaluation of learning outcomes will be linked to Payment by Results.

To download the Terms of Reference and project Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Framework, please visit the PEAS website on the link here: https://www.peas.org.uk/gec-t-external-evaluation-tendering

Both these documents contain substantial detail on the project and evaluation requirements.

To apply for the work, please submit a proposal, including a (i) covering letter, (ii) technical proposal detailing your team's experience and approach to delivering the evaluation requirements, and (iii) detailed budget to Tender@peas.org.uk using the subject line 'Tender for GEC-T Evaluation'. The deadline for receipt of applications is 09:00 BST (London) on Monday, 10th July.

Any questions not addressed in the documentation can also be directed to Tender@peas.org.uk before 7th July. The account will be checked regularly.
