Consultancy Opportunity to Review and Document Find Your Feet’s Institutional Memory

Founded in 1960, Find Your Feet (FYF) is a UK-based international development charity dedicated to working with poor, rural communities to create lasting solutions to poverty. More information about FYF can be found on our website: www.findyourfeet.org.uk.

In early 2017, FYF entered into a strategic partnership with another UK-based international development charity, Health Poverty Action (HPA – www.healthpovertyaction.org), with a view to strengthening the work of both organisations and increasing value for money.

Against this backdrop, FYF is seeking a consultant to capture, review and document the organisation’s institutional memory, ensuring that over 55 years of institutional knowledge is retained and used to inform future work within the framework of the strategic partnership.

Consultants wishing to apply should request the full Terms of Reference from Olivia Wills at olivia@fyf.org.uk and then email an initial Expression of Interest (EOI) to the same address by close of business on 31st May 2017. Short-listed candidates will be invited to an interview shortly thereafter. The assignment (including submission of a final report) should be completed by 31st August 2017.

The EOI should include:
-A proposal of no more than 3 pages explaining the consultant’s: (a) proposed approach and methodology; (b) availability and indicative time frame; (c) competency to conduct the assignment; and (d) proposed budget.
-An updated CV of no more than 2 pages for the consultant, detailing relevant skills and experience.
-An example of previous relevant work.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

With thanks and best wishes,

Olivia Wills
