Impact, Learning and PIMS Officer

Are you passionate about improving the quality, accountability and impact of humanitarian work? Are you enthusiastic about developing and encouraging learning? Would you like to work with one of the largest humanitarian organisations in the world and be part of a broader network trying to make a difference?

The British Red Cross (BRC) has an exciting position as Impact, Learning and PIMS Officer, based within our Performance and Accountability department in the International Division in London.

The Impact, Learning and PIMS Officer will work with the Impact and Evidence Manager to enable the improvement in the International Division’s performance and accountability, with a particular focus on evaluation and learning practice, and impact reporting. The role will include producing high quality analysis and synthesis of programme data to support the learning and impact agenda, as well facilitating learning initiatives. The role also includes business ownership of International’s Programme and Information Management System (PIMS).

You will have proven analysis, decision-making and problem solving skills, coupled with significant project management experience, including of IT systems. You will have an up-to-date knowledge of good practices in learning, evaluation and impact assessment.
