Save the Children Independent Progress Review - DFID PPA

Save the Children is seeking suitably experienced consultant / team of consultants to conduct a mid-term independent progress review of our DFID funding Programme Partnership Agreement. Save the Children holds two PPAs, one for general development work covering aspects of our health, nutrition, education and child protection portfolios and one for our humanitarian work, looking in particular at our effectiveness and coordination of our emergency responses.

- cover letter outlining your experience in conducting similar evaluations along with your CV
- brief evaluation proposal (2 pages max.) outlining the suggested methodology, design, timetable and budget
