Why no pics on site? |

With over 1000 of our won pics taken, we are constantly asked:
"Why no bird pics on your site"?
Our answer is we do not put the prints on as firstly they are easily taken and used on other sites.
On our old site raviaries, in tripod, we had many pictures "appropriated" for other sites and so are more cautious.
These birds are very special to us and we do not want others usimg them to further their sites attendance without giving the gouldians and other finches we show edtheir due.
We believe that every bird is special and deserves his or her place on the front page in the spot light.
THis spot lighted bird is a bird that is usually quite an inspiration to me that month or period in my liffe and represents itself and the fine birds we have here at LGFC.
So to give the bird it's rightful place we do not show
indiscriminantly.
So as time progresses and we learn how to avoid piracy we will add more pics.
In fact I am in the process of going through my pictures to see if I can make a plaque for each back colour with abbreviations to make it easier on all of us.
So until I get some good pics ( old camera pics are way too small), we will have to just see one of my gems revealed monthly.
