Buying a Drysuit?

Just to say that before you go to one of the local shops for a drysuit or similar sailing gear, check out www.wetsuitoutlet.co.uk/

I ordered a Typhoon Racer front zip for £189 plus a free fleece, normally £249 but because they are out of stock I was sent a Crewsaver Hyperdry Drysuit Front Zip for the same price. On the site this is £205 plus free fleece, Trident have them on sale for £299.95, fleece is half price so you still have to pay something for the fleece.

The service was first class. Although you can't try it on before you order, the one I originally ordered was too big (my fault) so I sent it back the next day and the day after the correct one arrived.

Its worth a look as they have loads on. I am sure you can get cheaper but this seems good to me.

Re: Buying a Drysuit?

I use wetsuit outlet for....wetsuits and they are ace.

And cheap. Definitely bring on the cheapness.

There are usually good size guides and descriptions so you have a pretty good idea of what you are going to get.

Re: Buying a Drysuit?

I got a much reduce Quicksilver wetsuit (for the colder weather) and it was wonderful at Tenby.

Definitely recommend the site.
