Canoe use on KW
Hello, I am keen to use my canoe on KW and need some info on where I can use it on KW, recommended launch sites etc. Many thanks, Chris. |

Presumably you've registered it with NW?

Chris For all water sports activities on Kielder you need to be a member of one of the ieldr Water Clubs (Water Ski, Yacht or Dinghy Sailing). The Dinghy Sailing Club (I am Commodore) allows dinghies, sailboards and canoes. All have to be registered with NWA at Leaplish (Dinghies cost £20 - not sure about Canoes). Single MEmbership of the Sailing Club is £120. Te only other alternative is to go to NWA at Leaplish and pay a day fee - I have no idea on the price there I am afraid. Regards Steve |
