Sisters Martial Arts
Northern Fist System - Kung Fu/Kick-boxing New Beginners Classes for Girls/Women only Women Black Belt Instructors Venue: Muath Trust, Bordesley Centre, Stratford Road, Camp Hill, B11 1AR, Indoor Sports Hall Times: Every Thursday 6:30pm - 8pm and every Sunday 10:30am - 12:00pm. In these increasingly violent times and with Muslim females particularly being targetted for harassment, this is a unique opportunity to learn self-defence. Martial Arts are the best form of training for flexibility, stamina, tapping into internal energy and toning. Learn how to protect yourself in a warm friendly environment. Develop self-confidence and martial arts skills. Please try and attend at least one lesson per week. |
