Dear Banjerfriends
While overhauling the Perkins 6354 engine we found a lot of carbonrests in the cylinders, which indicates an incomplete combustion. This may be caused by too much propeller pitch and low runs per minute.
Can someone provide me the graphs or tables indicating tractive effort versus runs per minute, for the Perkins 6354 (100 Hp) engine?
Thanks and kind regards
Frank
