update on court ernest n crayton lll
hi moms i wanted to share something i found out in court yesterday by the k9 officer who testified how he caught one of ernest's killers in someone's garage hiding he asked him to come out and the killer said he had a gun and the officer had to coax him for 25 minutes with the promise he could call his mommy if he came out of cowering in some poor lady's garage in only his drawers is that not the most cowardly act i am sure my ernest wanted his mom while you stood over him at 6:15 in the afternoon during rush hour traffic shooting my baby on the ground and you have the nerve to try and bargain with the police about speaking with your mom and also while telling the officer you have a gun the same one after ballistics were done that you used to kill my innocent child, who would of never thought in his wildest deams to take away something so precious as life. i dont know how much more of this i can take but i am there with family members thank god and we band together and stay in prayer they are also be charged with 1st degree murder with special circumstances which allows the jury to give them the death penalty and mom's that is good it makes me feel like ernest really mattered to the system they have a rock solid case and if i sat on the jury it would not take me long to say GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY!!! |

What a nasty little coward that man is! May justice be served up to your son in double and triple helpings! Please stay strong for your child. For me it is a relief to read something positive in regard to the authorities. My thoughts are with you. |

dear cheryl,i pray with all my heart that this animal does get the death sentence,not like the ******* who stabbed my son to death who got 3 yrs and because he was in remand for nearly 1yr waiting his sentence he will be back walking the streets in 2yrs can u believe that 3yrs for taking my beautiful boys life.well i hope justice is serve for u and yr beloved ernest.may god bless u love deb xxxx |

MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOU CHERYL AND ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE LOST SOMEONE TO GANG VIOLENCE. I WAS SUMMONED TO JURY DUTY AND WAS NOT PICKED FOR THIS TRIAL . I WAS IN THE COURT ROOM FOR 4 DAYS AND THEN WAS EXCUSED. |

Cheryl, You are in my thoughts and prayers. Isn’t it something how these murdering SOB big tough bad ass creeps turn into whimpering twits once they are caught? This is one thing Mommy won’t be able to get tough guy out of. If it is the death penalty you are hoping for I hope he gets a double shot. Myself I want the little SOB that murdered my son in prison for the rest of his life he is a little wimp and will make a nice little girlfriend for some guy in prison.
