MOMS
I went to another continuence hearing this morning and found out that new charges have been put on this guy who says he did not shoot my son. Apparently his has been selling drugs in jail for the gang that he is affilated with and his mother was arrested for transporting the drugs to him! So she is sitting in jail right now. I was floored! So now this is going to push our case back so our prosecuter said we probably won't be going to trial until next year sometime. But he said that this will really help our case. Also he said that the detectives found some of this guys clothes and there was one spot of blood on his shirt and the DNA evidence came back that it was my sons blood. Our next court date is July 18. The prosecuter insured me that the case is going well. They keep finding new evidence and more people are talking. My prayers are being heard! Thank you Lord! Thank God the truth is finally coming out I am sorry that the animal may not be tried until next year but if we all pray enough maybe there will be so much evidence that he will pay dearly for taking Eugene from you. May God continue to be with you. Love Cindy Monica's Mom |

I WISH YOU WELL,LORD KNOW'S I DO,IF ANY MOM GET'S JUSTICE THAT A GOOD THING,I HATE THE JUSTICE SYSTEM,BUT GOD WILL BRING TRUE JUSTICE,I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS ROLLER COASTER OF FOOL'S!! |

(((((((((Angie))))))))))) God be with you during this roller coaster called "The criminal justice system". Remember to cut yourself a break, do NOT feel guilty, or "abnormal" for all of the emotions these hearings arouse. They pulled the earth from under my feet,everytime I was learning to stand again.
