Candlelight Vigil /Tree of Tears
To all of you who asked for your child's picture to be put on the Tree, the Vigil was beautiful. Everyone who turned out were brought to tears by the Speakers. We had one Women speak who's husband was shot this past January, another Women spoke of her brother, A man and his sister spoke of their Mother and then my Grandaughter spoke of her Mother. Everyone viewed the Tree and looked at your children's faces and read their names prayers went up for the families, the victims, and for Justice and for the Violence to stop. MOMS, Thank-you all for your replies I will make sure that you all get a copy of the picture of the Tree and I am trying to get some pictures also. I am sorry I have been off post it has been a very emotional week this Sunday is Monica's Angel Day she was taken from us 5 years ago and as all of you know your insides start to ache before you realize the date is near.
