I can't believe it!!!
Yesterday about 4 pm. 4 young men were shot to death at a junk yard, they think it was work related violence, but I overheard some people say that the guy that owned the junk yard was a a=hole, I spoke up right away and said "So because of this these families of these young men are to suffer, there mom's, dad's and relatives and anyone who knew them, I am so put out at the gun control situation, the animal that shot these men had a automatic handgun, and had to reload at least once they say, "How in God's name do you get or even need an automatic handgun?", I am sorry to have bad news, but I needed to share with you who would understand how I am feeling, I just started thinking of my Jr. and how I am sure people said things about him, they actually said it to my face, like "What was he doing there, thats a bad area? Was it drug sale gone bad? Was it gang related?" You get so defensive to the words that you can't even speak to the persons who say these things. We also couldn't say anything because they told us not to talk about it, so that we would not taint the jury pool and have to go to a nother county for the court hearing. Sucks!!! Frances, I'm with you it hurts so badly to know more families are now in the same pain we are to know all the pain yet to come! I can also relate to what you said about your son and people trying to act like it was his fault that it had to be drugs or gangs. They say the same things about my son. I have to go back to Kansas City on April 3rd to fight to get his victims compinsation to pay for his funeral because a so called wittness claims my son was selling drugs shortly before he was murdered.Yet my son had NO drugs and little money on him. This so called witness can't tell who killed my son but he can say this about my son. Even if my son would have been selling drugs- but believe me I know he wasn't-they said the man/boy who chased him and shot him to death wasn't even at the park he came running up and shooting @ my son! We must not let others over shadow what we know to be true about our children! GOD bless you all. |
